I know right, we are all living an extremely unhealthy hectic lifestyle, sometimes we don't even have enough time to sleep, 3 hours of relaxation in a spa or beauty salon is just like something that is out of reach. But still, we need to squeeze some times out of our packed schedule once in a while to comfort ourselves a little bit, to relax ourselves mentally and physically.

First, 15 minutes of steam bath! It's something like sauna, but the temperature is not as hot as sauna. A cup of fruit tea is prepared for me to make me feel more like a Shao Nai Nai, hahaha just kidding, fruit tea is good for our health.


Next, 15 minutes of Jacuzzi! Busy people like me don't even have time to lie in a bath tub even though I have a bath tub at home. Jacuzzi is like an advance version of bath tub, it has the same benefits as steam bath, the high-pressure hydro massage can be an effective way to relax your stiff muscles. Jane, my beauty therapist also added in some essential oils that help me to feel more relaxed. It's so good to relax my mind and take a short nap in the Jacuzzi, I feel so refreshing after.


Last but not least, the Hydra Plus Facial. It helps to boot up the hydration level of our skin, improves the appearance of time lines, and radiant our skin immediately. All the products that Jane used on my skin are from Dermalogica. During the application of this Colloidal Masque, Jane used this ultrasound machine to gently massage all over my face, so that the mask that she applied can be absorb by my skin more effectively and deeper into the skin.

Not only I feel extremely relaxing and refreshing after the facial, my skin is very moisturising as well.
